  • What happens when the paid period has expired?

    The domain (except .ca domain names) will be automatically renewed at the end of the period. If there are not enough credits in your account you will get an invoice which you have to pay. Further registrations are only possible when the open invoice is paid. If you fail to pay any fees and taxes within thirty (30) days from applicable due date for credit card or invoice payments, Web & Creativity will block the rented services.

    If a .ca domain name has expired, you have not enough credits in your account and your payment method is not invoice, the domain name and associated services will be suspended.
